Mercury Convertible. Very healthy Oklahoma born 51 Merc. It came to Boston early eighties, frame strengthened, roof cut off, semi black painted, flamed, interior done, 4 speed trans added to the orig flathead V-8. From there on it was just enjoyed at Boston area carshows and cruise nites. Fast forward to 3 years ago when I purchased it. I fabricated a slick set of removable soft top bows that go up and down very easily, and stow neatly in the trunk. My upholsterer stitched up the Hartz canvas top.
