Just Toys Classic Cars is proud to present this great convertible. Before you is a 1968 Pontiac Firebird convertible. If you wanted a nicer upgrade from the Camaroand#44; you got a Firebird. This car is one clean ride. This fit and finish are great an the miles are low since it has had a body on restoration. This car was born green and is now the beautiful red color you see here. The gaps are right and tight and the paint shines like glass as you can see in the pics.</p> <p>The interior as you will see has had the seats re coveredand#44; and there are no rips or tears in the dashand#44; seatsand#44; or carpet. This car is clean inside and out. The wood grain on the center console is in great shape as well. This is just a car that you get inand#44; feel very comfortable and just enjoy driving. The top is new as well and done very well. This would have been a vinyl top originallyand#44; but this one has been upgraded to a nice cloth top and a glass back window. This just ads to the upgrades of a Pontiac over the Chevy at the time.</p> <p>Under the hood of this sweet drop top sits the 350 that it was born with. HP numbers vary on these motors. They were anywhere from about 285 to 320 depending on the numbers you look up. This car runs very well. It is mated to its original transmission and rear end as well. As you see in the picsand#44; this car is driver quality. This isnt Saturday night Barrett-Jackson chassis camand#44; but everything is solid and sanitary. It gives you the ability to upgrade some things if you would want to and dress up the undercarriage.
